At Montenegro Limo, we aim to make your transfer experience as smooth as possible. Below is our policy on cancellations and refunds to help you understand your options. This policy is part of our Terms and Conditions. If you have any questions, please contact us.

 

Cancellation Policy

How can I cancel my booking?

You can cancel your booking by contacting us at contact@montenegrolimo.com. Please provide your booking details so we can process your cancellation promptly.

What is the deadline for cancelling a booking?

To be eligible for a refund, you must cancel your booking at least 24 hours before the scheduled transfer time. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the transfer will be charged the full fare.

Are there any exceptions to the cancellation deadline?

Yes, exceptions apply in cases of force majeure, such as flight cancellations, severe weather conditions, protests, or similar events that prevent travel. In such cases, you may cancel at any time before the transfer and receive a full refund, provided you notify us promptly and provide evidence of the event (e.g., a flight cancellation notice).

What happens if the driver cancels or doesn’t show up?

If the driver cancels the transfer or fails to arrive (or provides an incorrect vehicle class as confirmed in your booking), you are eligible for a full refund or an alternative driver, subject to availability. We will make reasonable efforts to find a replacement, but we are not liable for any losses or damages resulting from the driver’s failure to perform.

 

Refund Policy

Will I get a refund if I cancel on time?

Yes, if you cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled transfer time, or in cases of force majeure, you are eligible for a full refund. Refunds will be processed within 7 days to the original payment method.

Are there cases where I won’t get a refund?

No refunds will be issued in the following cases:

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled transfer.
  • No-shows: If you fail to appear at the agreed pickup location within 15 minutes of the scheduled time (or 60 minutes for airport pickups).
  • If the vehicle matches the confirmed booking but you decide on-site that it does not meet your expectations.
  • If the transfer is terminated due to inappropriate behavior, as outlined in our Driver and Passenger Guidelines.
