Driver and Passenger Guidelines
Last Updated: March 23, 2025
At Montenegro Limo, we’re dedicated to making your transfer experience safe, comfortable, and enjoyable. To ensure a seamless journey, we’ve outlined the responsibilities of our drivers and the expectations for our passengers. These guidelines are part of our Terms and Conditions and apply to all transfers booked with us. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us.
Driver Responsibilities
Our drivers are committed to providing a professional and pleasant experience. Here’s what you can expect:
- Safe and comfortable ride: Our drivers adhere to all traffic regulations to ensure your safety and comfort.
- Professionalism: Drivers maintain impeccable personal hygiene and ensure the vehicle is spotlessly clean and well-maintained. They are polite, respectful, and unobtrusive, avoiding heavy topics like politics during conversations.
- Punctuality: Your driver will arrive 10-15 minutes early and notify you via WhatsApp upon arrival.
- Assistance: The driver will help you enter and exit the vehicle and assist with loading and unloading luggage from the trunk. However, they will not carry luggage into buildings—only to or from the entrance, provided they can keep the vehicle in sight. Drivers are also not permitted to handle excessively heavy luggage or perform tasks that may cause excessive sweating or injury.
- Comfort: The driver will offer WiFi and bottled water, ensure the air conditioning is on (unless you request otherwise), and adjust the music and temperature to your preference. They will also inform you about the route, journey duration, and potential stops for breaks.
- Tourist information: While our drivers are not tour guides, they are happy to provide tourist information, tips, and recommendations based on their knowledge.
- Breaks: During longer journeys, the driver may take a short break to ensure a safe and comfortable trip, even if you don’t need one.
- Vehicle rules: Drivers are prohibited from smoking in the vehicle at all times, even when not transporting clients. They must keep the vehicle in sight at all times, except when parked at an airport or hotel parking lot.
- Payment: If paying in cash, the driver will have change available, but not for denominations significantly larger than the transfer fare. Drivers are not allowed to negotiate future rides or prices directly with clients—you should contact our office for any additional bookings.
- Disputes: In case of any disagreement about transfer details (e.g., price, payment method, destination), the driver and passengers should compare their booking confirmations. If the issue persists, the driver will contact our office for clarification.
Passenger Expectations
To ensure a pleasant experience for everyone, we ask passengers to follow these guidelines:
- No smoking, eating, or drinking: Smoking, consuming food, or drinking beverages that may cause damage or mess (e.g., spilling drinks) is prohibited in the vehicle. Alcohol consumption is also not allowed.
- No pets: Transporting pets is not permitted in our vehicles.
- Luggage limits: Oversized or excessive luggage that may damage the vehicle or affect safety is not allowed. Please inform us of your luggage details during booking to ensure the vehicle can accommodate it.
- Respectful behavior: Inappropriate behavior, harassment, or disrespect toward the driver is not permitted. The driver may terminate the transfer if passengers behave inappropriately, and no refund will be issued.
- Additional requests: Unscheduled requests (e.g., extra stops, route changes, additional waiting) will incur extra charges, if we can accommodate them at all. Please confirm all details during booking.
- Breaks: During longer journeys, you are entitled to free short breaks. Let the driver know if you’d like to stop.
- Payment: If paying in cash, avoid using denominations significantly larger than the transfer fare. Payment must be completed before you leave the vehicle’s vicinity, even if the journey continues (e.g., waiting). For transfers to foreign countries, payment must be made on the territory of Serbia.
- Before leaving: Please check that you haven’t forgotten any belongings before leaving the vehicle. We are not responsible for lost or forgotten items.
