Booking and Reservations
How do I book a transfer with Montenegro Limo?
You can book a transfer directly through our website by filling out the form on our Contact Page, or by reaching out via email, phone, or WhatsApp at contact@montenegrolimo.com. Our team will respond promptly with a personalized offer, including the driver’s contact details and photos of the vehicle. Once you accept the offer, we’ll send you a booking confirmation—it’s that simple!
Can I book a last-minute transfer?
All bookings must be made at least 24 hours in advance. However, we may attempt to organize last-minute transfers if possible, though we are not obligated to do so, and availability is not guaranteed.
Can I change my booking details after confirmation?
Changes to booking details (e.g., pickup time, destination) are not permitted less than 24 hours before the scheduled transfer. We may attempt to accommodate changes if possible, but we are not obligated to do so. Changes made more than 24 hours in advance will be accommodated at our discretion, subject to availability.
Will my luggage fit in the trunk?
We ensure that the vehicle assigned to your transfer can accommodate your luggage based on the details you provide during booking. If you’re unsure, please send us a photo and the dimensions of your luggage, or we can provide you with a photo of the vehicle’s trunk to confirm it will fit.
Can I add extra stops or change the route during the transfer?
Additional stops, route changes, extra waiting, or any unscheduled requests that were not agreed upon in advance will incur additional charges, if we are able to accommodate them at all. Please ensure all details are confirmed during booking to avoid unexpected costs.
Meeting Your Driver
Where will the driver wait for me?
We provide the WhatsApp number of your assigned driver a few days before your trip to confirm your transportation and ensure peace of mind. The driver will arrive at your pickup location 10-15 minutes early and will send you a WhatsApp message upon arrival. They will wait in front of the vehicle and assist with your luggage.
For airport pickups, the driver will wait in the arrivals terminal, holding a sign with your name and surname for easy identification. We use live flight tracking to ensure pickup on time, whether your flight lands earlier or later than expected.
If you encounter delays at customs or with lost luggage, please message the driver to let them know—they can wait for over an hour if needed. If you can’t find the driver, contact us immediately at contact@montenegrolimo.com.
What can I expect from the driver during the transfer?
Our drivers are committed to providing a safe and comfortable ride while adhering to all traffic regulations. They maintain impeccable personal hygiene and ensure the vehicle is spotlessly clean and well-maintained. You can expect politeness, respect, and a professional yet unobtrusive approach. The driver will arrive on time, assist with entering and exiting the vehicle, and help with loading and unloading your luggage. They will also offer WiFi and bottled water, ensure the air conditioning is on (unless you request otherwise), and inform you about the chosen route, journey duration, and potential stops for breaks. The driver will check if you’re comfortable, adjust the music and temperature to your preference, and avoid discussing heavy topics like politics.
Can the driver help with my luggage?
Yes, the driver will assist with loading and unloading your luggage from the trunk and help you enter and exit the vehicle. However, they will not carry luggage into buildings—only to or from the entrance, provided they can keep the vehicle in sight at all times. Additionally, drivers are not permitted to handle excessively heavy luggage or perform tasks that may cause excessive sweating or injury.
Can the driver provide tourist information?
Our drivers are not tour guides, but depending on their knowledge, they are happy to provide tourist information, tips, and recommendations to enhance your experience in Montenegro.
What if there’s a disagreement about the transfer details?
If there’s any uncertainty about the transfer details (e.g., price, payment method, destination), you and the driver should compare your booking confirmations. In case of a dispute, the driver is required to contact our office for clarification.
What if the driver is late?
Our drivers are committed to arriving on time. However, if the driver is delayed by more than 15 minutes, you are eligible for a 20% discount on your transfer fare. Please contact us at contact@montenegrolimo.com to report the delay and arrange the discount.
Cancellations and Refunds
What is your cancellation policy?
You can cancel your booking at least 24 hours before the scheduled transfer time to be eligible for a refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the transfer will be charged the full fare. Exceptions apply in cases of force majeure (e.g., flight cancellations, severe weather, protests), where you can cancel at any time and receive a full refund. For more details, see our Terms and Conditions.
Will I get a refund if I cancel my booking?
Refunds are issued if you cancel at least 24 hours before the transfer, or in cases of force majeure. Refunds will be processed within 7 days to the original payment method. No refunds are issued for cancellations within 24 hours or for no-shows (failing to appear within 15 minutes of the scheduled time, or 60 minutes for airport pickups).
What happens if the driver doesn’t show up?
If the driver fails to arrive or provides an incorrect vehicle class (different from what was confirmed in your booking), you are eligible for a full refund. Please contact us immediately at contact@montenegrolimo.com to report the issue.
Payment and Pricing
What payment options do you offer?
When submitting a price request, please mention your preferred payment method:
- Payment to the driver in cash (default option unless you specify another).
- Online card payment (we will send you a payment link).
- PayPal.
- Wire transfer (only for companies).
Please note that prices may vary depending on the payment method. Payment terms (e.g., full payment, deposit, or cash to the driver) will be specified in your booking offer.
Can I pay by card during the transfer?
Payment by card is possible only if you requested a vehicle with a card reader at the time of booking. If the card reader declines the transaction for any reason, you must pay in cash or, if possible, withdraw cash from a nearby ATM.
What if I need to pay in cash?
If paying in cash, please avoid using denominations significantly larger than the transfer fare. The driver will have change available, but not for excessively large denominations.
When do I need to pay for the transfer?
Payment must be completed before you leave the vehicle’s vicinity, even if the journey continues (e.g., waiting). For transfers to foreign countries, payment must be made on the territory of Serbia.
What is included in the price?
Included in the price:
- Car and driver assigned for the agreed ride.
- Fuel, tolls, and other transportation costs.
- Tax and insurance.

Why is the price in the price list different from the offer?
Please note that our price list is not updated regularly and does not replace the official offer you will receive from our operators. Prices vary depending on the season, location, vehicle class, and additional requests (e.g., child safety seats, extra waiting time). For an accurate price, please request a personalized offer.
Are child safety seats included in the price?
One child safety seat is included in the price for longer journeys, but this must be requested at the time of booking. Additional seats or seats for shorter trips may incur an extra charge, which will be specified in your booking offer.
